Anhalt University of Applied Sciences has been participating in the global Green Metric survey since 2019. The ranking, which has been established since 2010, has since seen steadily increasing popularity from year to year.
Out of 912 participating universities, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences ranked 278th in the University Ranking in 2020 (previous year ranked 393rd out of 780 universities).
Green Metric looks at all areas relating to the sustainable use and management of resources, from infrastructure to energy mix and consumption, waste treatment, water use, transport organization and the integration of the sustainability aspect into teaching and research.
Participation in the ranking is a further incentive for Anhalt University of Applied Sciences to integrate the topic of sustainability even more strongly into the planning for the development of our university in the future.
