H2DeKo is working on climate-neutral logistics and the production of hydrogen, for example, through electrolysis with electricity generated from renewable sources. With Korean partners and the Fraunhofer IMWS, a competence center will be established in South Korea within the next five years. Our university aims to initiate, organize and offer research-administrative support to the German-Korean economic cooperation. Another focus is on importing carbon neutral H2, since neither Korea nor Germany has sufficient green energy reserves.
