Web video workshop with Prof. Karin Schlüter

Almost nothing works without moving images - at least not in social media. But not all video is created equal, as the #m_ok students learned in the three-day “Social Webvideo” workshop with Prof. Dr. Karin Schlüter from the Berlin University of the Arts.

After an introduction to photography and image composition by the photographer Lukas Petereit, Prof. Dr. Karin Schlüter showed students how to successfully produce videos for social media. Starting with the foundational objectives of a web video to the practical implementation of their own short films, the MOKs did not get bored. At the end of the workshop, the individual groups presented their results and proved they could hold their own when it came to creativity on the Internet.
