  • 3D-Milling programing with RoboDK and Autodesk Fussion 360

We basically differentiate the possible manufacturing processes into the areasa) pure confection (cutting, drilling, contour milling, cutting with hot wire)b) forming (embossing)c) abrasive shaping (multi-axis form milling, hot wire cutting)d) additive shaping (3D printing) - granulate extruder is not yet available, but will be available shortly. The following tools are available for the above-mentioned processes, which can be used to process a wide variety of materials (wood / plastics / aluminum / polystyrene / textiles) and types of semi-finished products (plates / sheets / pipes / blocks):-

  • Milling spindle (variable speed, different cutter geometries and sizes)
  • hot wire cutter (140 x 30 cm)
  • Pneumatic gripper for "pick & place" processes
  • As well as "custom made" tools (e.g. cutting textiles, embossing metal sheets, etc.)
