What I appreciate here most is the opportunities.
I was born in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova but raised in Odesa, Ukraine. My mother is a professor, so from childhood I valued the importance of education. Naturally, I tried to follow in her footsteps. Thus, I concentrated on deep learning of Math and Physics and attended university in Odesa, Ukraine.
Later I heard about the possibility to continue my study at Anhalt University, so since July 2022 I study Electrical and Computer Engineering here. Since my arrival in Köthen, I had to overcome a lot of issues, which is definitely already a success. I was worried if I can be on the same page with other students in Germany. Therefore, I asked for help and found a few reliable classmates with whom we passed all the exams and successfully defended the semester projects. Working in-group was an amazing experience during the study.
I like in Germany how efficiently and precisely everything is organized here and works exactly how it should. I traveled all around Europe during my cruise days and every city met me with amazing architecture and history. Regensburg has to be my favorite, being the brother city of my home - Odesa and having the reputation of Student City. I surely plan to go there again and travel more with 49 Euro ticket. I am a huge petrolhead, I love Formula 1, I am just fond of automobiles. As a student, I can apply for an internship at Daimler or BMW! German Cars are arguably the best in the world and I am dreaming to become a part of their creation one day - that is what makes me go over different studying challenges.
The knowledge I am receiving here in combination with my working experience I want to use in creating multiple products to rebuild Ukraine after the war. Starting from Fit4UA Project first and later creating additional installations and upgrades such as an easy-installed transmitter that will take care of calculations of energy consumption or putting a limit of the maximum allowed. I would also love to attend some seminars and fairs such as the most recent one in Hannover Messe.
The main idea is to make my app multifunctional and create an energy-saving environment. Part of the scholarship I want to spend on equipment to achieve this in the alpha version.
