New testing obligation for persons entering Germany by plane:
From March 30 2021, in principle all persons entering Germany by plane are required to present their carrier (i.e. airline) with a negative test result before departure.
This obligation to undergo testing and provide proof applies irrespective of whether or not the carriage takes place from a risk area. The test must be taken within 48 hours prior to entry into Germany.
Anhalt University keeps you updated regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here for up-to-date information.
Students who choose to travel to an international risk area or visit their country of origin without good reason, are doing so at their own risk and bear the sole responsibility in case of an imposed quarantine, obstacles to return travel or alike. HSA cannot guarantee any re-entry support services for such travellers.
Note on entry registration at www.einreiseanmeldung.de: The Federal Ministry of Health warns that fraudulent websites are currently circulating that purport to register travelers for payment of a fee. Please use only the website www.einreiseanmeldung.de for digital entry registration. This application is free of charge. Only the proofs of digital entry registration generated by this website will be accepted during controls.
