The federal government has been supporting talented and capable students with the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship since 2011. Half of the scholarship comes from the federal government, while the other half is provided by private sponsors - usually companies. The Deutschlandstipendium thus strengthens the cooperation between the university, students and companies, offers the sponsors the opportunity to get to know future specialists at an early stage and enables the scholarship holders to concentrate fully on their studies and build up networks in the professional world now.
This year, Georg Hans, Christian Arp and Amer Goli received a Deutschlandstipendium at the Department of Computer Science and Languages. They are sponsored by GISA GmbH Halle, regiocom AG Magdeburg and MSU Solutions GmbH Halle.
