Partial reopening of Anhalt University

The university has started to reopen its services and facilities to students on May 4, 2020. The university’s restricted operations schedule has ended. In compliance with hygiene and protection measures, students and university staff are able to partially return to classroom teaching and working on campus. With the partial reopening of the university starting May 4, 2020, the following university facilities reopen with restrictions in place to comply with hygiene and safety measures:

  • University Library
  • Computer pools, laboratories and workshops
  • Studienkolleg
  • Student Service Center
  • IT Service Center
  • International Office
  • Anhalt Center for Continuing Education (WZA)

Students and prospective students may contact the Student Service Center by telephone, email and online. Personal consultations on campus require prior arrangement. The same applies to the International Office, the IT Service Center and the Anhalt Center for Continuing Education (WZA).

The libraries on the Bernburg, Dessau and Köthen campuses are only open to university students and staff. Hygiene and physical distancing regulations need to be complied with.
