For the winter semester 2021/22, the operation of Anhalt University should be resumed in presence if possible. As a basis for this, vaccination against the coronavirus plays a decisive role. The capacities of the vaccination centers at the three locations in Bernburg, Köthen and Dessau make a quick appointment possible, also independent of the place of residence.
"Our goal is to be able to offer face-to-face classes at Anhalt University as comprehensively and safely as possible again starting in the fall. A high vaccination rate is the key to getting through the winter semester well protected," explains University President Professor Jörg Bagdahn. Students coming from other states to study are also invited to do so. "I would also like to encourage students who have to wait longer for a vaccination appointment in their home region to seek a timely appointment at their university location," the president continued. The coronavirus vaccinations are voluntary.
