Password change

In case of blocking your account, please use the following options to reactivate your account:

  • You know the current access data

    Please write an e-mail with the subject "Password change with known access data" to support(at)hs-anhalt.de.

    The following information is required (as applicable to you):

    • Name
    • Department
    • Course of study
    • Matriculation number
    • Username

     

    Your account will be released by the university and will activate the password change at the next login.

    Afterwards you will receive an automatic response from the ticket system: "The ticket is closed." This means your account is reactivated.

    You now have the possibility to change your password.

  • No access data available

    Please write an e-mail with the subject "Password change; no access data" to support(at)hs-anhalt.de 

    The following information is required (as applicable to you):

    • Name
    • Department
    • Course of study
    • Matriculation number
    • Username

     

     

    Option 1:

    Once we have successfully verified your identity, you will receive your login details via e-mail response.

    Possibility 2:

    If the matching of your identity failed, please follow these instructions.

    • Please contact the administrator responsible for your department. You will be invited to a video meeting to establish your identity. You will find the responsible person in a list below.
    • Please have your ID card and other information ready (as applicable to you): name, department, degree program, matriculation number or user name.
    • After successful identity verification, you will receive a one-time password from the administrator to activate the password change at the next login. (CHANGE function)
