My journey as a Design Nomad

Since completing his studies more than 30 years ago, Mark Kwami has had an unconventional career as a designer, entrepreneur and educator. Always open to new challenges, he has continuously redefined his role as a designer. His varied career has taken him to different corners of the world and his journey as a “Design Nomad” can hopefully serve as an inspiration for young designers still in search of their own path.

Director & Founder, Industrial Designer, Business Consultant and Design Educator with more than 25 years experience working in development projects for numerous international development organizations in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He also has experience teaching at Design Universities in Europe, Africa and in the USA.
