 d strategies for building your career\nThere are two directions a research
 er can take when choosing a career: A career in industry or a career in ac
 ademia.\nTo make an informed decision about which career path suits me bes
 t\, I need to think about my preferences\, get to know my strengths and we
 aknesses and discover the opportunities and challenges of each career path
 .\nIn this online workshop\, we will take a first step towards reflecting 
 on your individual situation:Why did I become a scientist? What motivates 
 me? What is challenging and difficult about my job as a researcher? Based 
 on these reflections\, the participants shed light on their strengths and 
 weaknesses. This leads to the development of a future vision of the perfec
 t job that corresponds to individual needs and wishes. This vision is plac
 ed in a realistic context of available options.\nIn the second part of the
  workshop\, participants develop both their performance and presence in ap
 plication processes as well as the self-presentation and self-marketing th
 at establishes themselves in the field.\nIn terms of creation and appearan
 ce\, body language and use of voice play a crucial role.\nThrough practica
 l exercises\, participants learn how they can further develop their potent
 ial towards optimal performance. Application documents can be viewed and c

 Artsbased Solutions leads to the active creation of experiences that lay t
 he foundation for a better understanding of one's own behavior and the des
 ign of solutions. Through creative processes\, improvisation and concrete 
 practice\, participants are encouraged to engage in personal growth and le
 arning based on embodied reflection. New perspectives emerge and practical
  preparation for everyday work can be developed.\nThese processes take pla
