What motivates me? What is challenging and difficult about my job as a researcher? Based on these reflections\, the participants shed light on their strengths and weaknesses. This leads to the development of a future vision of the perfec t job that corresponds to individual needs and wishes. This vision is plac ed in a realistic context of available options.\nIn the second part of the workshop\, participants develop both their performance and presence in ap plication processes as well as the self-presentation and self-marketing th at establishes themselves in the field.\nIn terms of creation and appearan ce\, body language and use of voice play a crucial role.\nThrough practica l exercises\, participants learn how they can further develop their potent ial towards optimal performance.
