ease note: This workshop is for female students only\n\nSelf-Motivation: S
uccess in Studies\, Research\, and Work!\nMotivated people are proactive a
nd enthusiastic about what they do. High intrinsic motivation is often see
n as a prerequisite for creative\, satisfying and results-oriented commitm
ent to studies and work.\nMotivation is a state that stems from our inner
alignment with our personal values. As a result\, we feel energetically in
flow and act proactively out of this energy.\nWhen our motivation wanes d
uring our studies - which can happen to anyone - we feel listless. Prepari
ng lecture material is tough\, studying for exams is difficult\, concentra
tion wanes\, distractions take up more space and dissatisfaction becomes i
ncreasingly widespread. Internally\, it is perceived as a blocked state fr
om which it is not so easy to get out and get back into the flow. Neverthe
less\, most of us want to find ways to get out of this blockade and become
self-effective again.\nSelf-motivation has various facets and is a comple
x topic. It forms the basis for our self-management and therefore requires
an individual approach. Everything revolves around the question: What do
you need in your life in order to remain proactive? It makes sense to exam
