Course content and objectives

Biomedical engineering supports biologists and medical professionals with technical solutions. These systems are complex, as are the subject areas: Systems Analysis, Modelling and Simulation, Medical Instrumentation, Biosensor Development, Signal Processing, Image processing, Rehabilitation Technology and Prosthetics, Medical Assistance Systems, Clinical Engineering and Biotechnology. Good conditions for crisis-proof jobs: a solid knowledge of the fundamentals in Medicine, Engineering and Medical Technology, more specifically in Anatomy and Physiology, Mechanics, Electronics, Computer and Programming Technology.
