Course content and objectives

Real estate project development has significant influence on planning and construction as well as use and utilization of buildings. The focus of the program is on a holistic view of the project development process and the resulting future prospects concerning usage requirements and sustainability as well as on the optimization of real estate costs, financing and investments.

The aim is an interdisciplinary conflation of real estate project development and administration, business administration, building technology, architecture and urban development. Electives allow for an individual specialization, e.g. in real estate management or valuation. 

 

Requirements

  • University degree

    A qualified university degree in Real Estate and Building Management, Architecture, Real Estate or comparable bachelor's programs with a standard period of study of at least six semesters and 180ECTS is required.

    • or comparable language certificates
  • Letter of motivation

    Further requirement is a letter of motivation which will be evaluated by the study committee.

Career Opportunities

The program enables gradutes to take over demanding managerial functions in real estate project development and management from the conceptional planning to the utilization of realty. Furthermore, graduates are qualified to take up a doctorate.
