Course content and objectives

Nutritional science, medical, ethical, social, psychological, economical, and health policy contents provide a basis for expanding your expertise. If you work in nutritional medicine, dietetics, and counselling, you will need this broad foundation from various subject areas - this spectrum is what makes nutritional therapy so interesting and diverse. After completing the master’s program, graduates are experienced in the application, communication, and management of nutritional therapy and prevention measures - both in planning and organization as well as execution. Their expertise is based on cutting edge scientific knowledge that they implement in practice.

Building on their professional experience, the students further qualify themselves with the master’s program. Once they have successfully completed the degree, they act as managers in various areas of science and practice. Whether you see your professional future in a clinic, a reconvalescence center, an out-patient practice, a nursing home, with out-patient care services, or in freelance nutritional counselling, you can decide yourself based on your individual interests.
