Good coursework? Committed?
Since 2011, well over 500 students have already received the BAföG and income-independent bonus of 300 euros per month. More than 100 different sponsors have invested in the young talents at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. In addition to the financial relief, it is often of particular interest to the scholarship holders to get to know their sponsors personally, to benefit from their experience and to talk about their prospects of success in their professional development.
Who can apply?
In principle, all students who are properly enrolled at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences at the beginning of the award period (October 1) and meet at least one or more of the following criteria are eligible to apply:
- are within the normal program length,
- are among the best students of their semester,
- are socially committed,
- are studying under particularly challenging conditions,
- and/or are active in other ways that may be worthy of support
Next application period: 01.05.-31.05.2025
An application can be created and submitted within the above application period after registering in the Central Application Portal of the Deutschlandstipendium. Instructions within the questionnaire will guide you through the application process.
The following checklist provides an overview of the necessary documents that must also be submitted as a PDF attachment at the end of the application form:
- Curriculum vitae in tabular form
- Letter of motivation (max.
with details of extracurricular or extracurricular activities (such as voluntary work, social, societal, university or political involvement, participation in associations or clubs, special personal or family circumstances such as illnesses and disabilities, caring for your own children, especially as a single parent, caring for relatives in need of care, working in a family business, gainful employment during your studies, family background or migration background) - Current transcript of records
- Letter of admission (first-year students only)
- Certificate of first university degree (Master's students only)
- Signed Application Agreement for the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship
Evidence that may supplement your application:
- professional qualifications/job references
- Additional qualifications and knowledge acquired
- special awards and/or prizes
- Proof of social, community and/or family activities
- Reasons that have had an aggravating or hindering effect on your previous educational biography
Please note that you must save your application before sending it and that only complete application documents can be processed by the selection committees of the departments.
In the week before the application portal opens for the next allocation period, all students at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will receive a message in their student e-mail inbox at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.
