What is a Double Degree Program?

A Double Degree Program enables you to obtain two recognized degrees from two universities - your partner university (home university) and Anhalt University of Applied Sciences - within an integrated study programme.

You study partly at your partner university and partly at the HSA in Germany.

To apply for a double degree program, you should:

  • Strong Academic Record: Good grades at your home university.

  • Language Proficiency: German and/or English skills at a level suitable for study abroad (certificates like DSH, TestDaF, IELTS, TOEFL may be required).

  • Motivation and Mobility: Readiness to study abroad, adapt to a new environment, and work in an intercultural context.

How does the program work?

  • The program is divided into study sections at the partner university and at the HSA.

  • It is possible to write the thesis under joint supervision (two supervisors, one from each institution).
