Objectives and work program
The "Innovative University" funding initiative strengthens universities of applied sciences in particular in the area of research-based idea, knowledge and technology transfer in 29 funded projects across Germany. The focus is on the regional anchoring of universities and their contributions to innovation in Economics and society, i.e. it focuses on the "third mission" of universities in the knowledge triangle - education, research and innovation.
The Innovative University project "FORZA" is implementing the transfer strategy to move closer to our VISION: Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will be a "transfer university" in 2022.
This means that sustainable structures and methods for cooperation between:
- Science,
- Economics and
- society,
to transfer the results of our application- and practice-oriented research work to companies, organizations and institutions. The needs of regional Economics and society are identified and defined in problems and goals by the various cooperating elements of the strategy. In order to find solutions, new collaborations are actively formed to develop solutions in a recursive process and transfer them to Economics and society. If the solutions are not yet sufficient, the recursive process leads to further approaches to solutions.
