Lindera

Lindera specializes in AI-based 3D motion analysis for digital health, care, and fitness applications. The Data Science company, based in Berlin-Kreuzberg, was founded in early 2017. By combining medical expertise with intelligent AI technology, Lindera’s interdisciplinary team has succeeded in generating precise gait parameters using a simple, monocular camera—the kind found in any smartphone or tablet—and validating these parameters scientifically at the highest level.

As a medical device manufacturer, Lindera collaborates with leading companies and universities worldwide to enable older adults, athletes, and patients undergoing therapy to fully exploit the limits of their mobility through precise assessments.

One of Lindera’s most important products is the Lindera Mobility Analysis: Falls pose an enormous challenge for the care sector. They result in additional care needs, a massive documentation burden, and potential liability claims. The Lindera Mobility Analysis not only helps older adults but also reduces the burden on healthcare professionals. The app was developed based on real-world care practices. It is a tool for professionals to systematically address fall prevention in accordance with expert standards and to firmly embed mobility preservation within care structures.
