Module 5: Learning Scrum Through Play

Brief description:

Teaching agile project management methods (Scrum) through game-based learning on a collaborative project. Participants work in a team where information is intentionally shared asynchronously and experience firsthand how crucial communication and a structured division of labor are to the project’s success. Through multiple sprints, participants gain hands-on experience with roles, rituals, and agile principles.

Learning Outcome:

Participants will understand the Scrum methodology and be able to apply it to their own projects. They will recognize the importance of clear communication, a structured division of labor, and transparent processes within teams. They will experience agile principles (Inspect & Adapt, Fail Fast, Continuous Improvement) in practice.
