Perdix Creations

Perdix Creations UG (limited liability) specializes in the development of digital formats for interactive knowledge transfer—primarily in the form of apps, games, or XR for museums and other cultural institutions. The company’s second main area of focus is the development of educational software for the social sector, particularly for special education institutions.

Perdix Creations’ portfolio includes educational applications for Köthen Castle, KERAMIK.UM Fredelsloh, and the Thuringian State Museum of Prehistory and Early History, as well as the free child protection app “KiSchu” and an onboarding app for professionals working in children’s homes.

Perdix Creations has received awards including the Central German Digital Prize, recognition at the Startup Fight Club Saxony-Anhalt, and the title of winner of the Interreg Europe DelFin Ideas Competition. In 2021, the team was nominated for the German Federal Government’s “Culture and Creative Pioneers Germany” award and the MEDIAstart startup initiative.

The startup consists of Robert Boehm, Marcel Jürß, and Felix Reichel: three passionate media professionals and game developers. The company’s official mascot is a partridge (Latin: Perdix perdix) at the Christianental Wildlife Park. As an EXIST-funded spin-off of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, the company is headquartered in Köthen.
