Where fish used to be served over the counter, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences now offers an open meeting place. In a space of just under 90 m² at the Alter Markt in Bernburg, interested visitors will find room for coworking, open events, and their ideas. This is made possible by a student initiative that has been running the former fish shop since 2018.
The COI Project Space offers you:
- 20 flexible, free workspaces
- High-speed internet connection
- Basic office equipment
- a large magnetic whiteboard
- fair-trade coffee for a donation
The COI regularly hosts events such as workshops, exhibitions, and pitch nights like “Pitch & Pizza.” Right in the heart of the city, this creates an open space where people not only work collaboratively but where the community—or rather, the COIunity—is also a top priority even outside of coworking hours.
Hours: During the semester, the COI project space is open Monday–Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All updates are posted on Facebook and Instagram.
