Course content and objectives

The practice-integrating dual bachelor's degree program provides a broad foundation in economics as well as legal and technical essentials. A particular focus lies on topics around real estate valuation,  e.g. students will furnish reports and valuations for various realty types. Contact teaching and learning at the university will alternate with practical work in the cooperation company/institution in 12-week rhythms. Theoretical knowledge learnt at the university and practical experience gained at the cooperation partner complement each other. A monthly salary from the company/institution provides students with financial security.

Requirements

  • University entrance qualification
    • Abitur, qualification for universities of applied science, master craftsman, or previous education or vocational training considered equivalent
    • Internship or employment contract for the entire duration of the program
  • Language skills

    • DSH2,
    • or another acceptable German language certificate
  • Employment contract

    Proof of an employment contract with a cooperating partner of the university (company or institution) must be provided.
