Please use the provided Template for your abstract. Remove the square brackets including completion instructions and insert your text in the appropriate places. Please save the abstract (PDF) under the full name of the first author together with the abbreviation_7thMeProSy (John_Smith_7thMeProSy.pdf). Please send your abstract in time to the following email address (sims-info@hs-anhalt.de). In case you would like to register for the conference before the deadline for abstract submission on February 28, 2026 (23:59 pm, CET), you can also submit/upload the abstract within the registration process.

The deadline for submitting an abstract for oral presentation is already closed, the deadline for submitting an abstract for poster presentation is May 15th, 2026 (23:59pm, CET).
Notification whether the abstract has been selected for oral presentation will be sent by Mar 31st, 2026 (23:59pm, CET).

Body of abstract:
Limit the abstract to 300 words (excluding authors names and affiliations). Do not use graphics or tables functions. Any numerical values should be provided in the body of the text and not as a table. Please use other functions as required such as italics, super- and subscript keys, and other symbols. All text should be pasted into the text fields provided in the abstract template .
Key words:
Please provide three to five words as key words for your abstract. Please enter the keywords into the text fields provided in the abstract template directly below the abstract text.
Preferred presentation method: "Oral" or "Poster"
Please indicate if you would like to present your work in the form of an oral presentation or as a poster presentation below your keywords (indicated as "oral" or "poster").
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Selected Oral Presentations:
Duration: 15 minutes (including discussion). Please plan your talk to allow at least 3 minutes for questions.
Poster Presentation:
Format: A0, portrait orientation (width: 84.1 cm; height: 118.9 cm).
Posters exceeding these dimensions cannot be accommodated.
