We basically differentiate the possible manufacturing processes into the areasa) pure confection (cutting, drilling, contour milling, cutting with hot wire)b) forming (embossing)c) abrasive shaping (multi-axis form milling, hot wire cutting)d) additive shaping (3D printing) - granulate extruder is not yet available, but will be available shortly. The following tools are available for the above-mentioned processes, which can be used to process a wide variety of materials (wood / plastics / aluminum / polystyrene / textiles) and types of semi-finished products (plates / sheets / pipes / blocks):-
- Milling spindle (variable speed, different cutter geometries and sizes)
- hot wire cutter (140 x 30 cm)
- Pneumatic gripper for "pick & place" processes
- As well as "custom made" tools (e.g. cutting textiles, embossing metal sheets, etc.)
