Research projects at the Future Internet Lab Anhalt (FILA) at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences address data transfer, networked sensor systems and AI-based analysis. The following project pages describe selected research questions and methods.

INPAKT investigates energy-optimized LPWAN protocols for wireless IoT sensor networks. AI-RMDT explores AI methods for transferring large volumes of data over IP networks. ReSeDiUm investigates the joint analysis of satellite imagery and speech data to assess usable land.

AURORA examines how GPS data and speech context can be combined for location and route prediction. SmartLighting addresses demand-based street lighting with wireless sensor networks and distributed control. The project pages explain the individual questions and research topics in more detail.
