In this master class, we had to develop an Experiential Service Design aimed at people with chronic illnesses. We used the project to examine methods, challenges, and responsibilities faced by designers when designing for experience. We also explored the effects that designers' practices have on the consumers (users), including the ways users are represented in the designed objects/services. We touched on user experience being a driver for design process innovation, and how comics can be used as storytelling devices to address complex issues.
In our final delivery, we had to design three separate comics, which were developed from unique storylines we personally created:
1. The Life of Others Comic
2. Who Am I Comic
3. Self-Reflection Comic
