The degree program
Why International Business?
Today, an increasing number of international companies and organizations expect far more from their applicants than excellent specialist knowledge. They are looking for graduates who have dared to look beyond their own horizons and have been able to gain experience abroad during their studies, and have above-average language skills.
The degree program in International Business is the ticket to an international stage of life which will provide students with an excellent preparation for their working life both at home and abroad. The special feature of this program is a one-year stay abroad at one of our worldwide partner institutions - e.g., in South Africa, New Zealand, Argentina, Finland, Poland, France, Russia, Belgium or Spain.
After the 1st to 4th semesters at the Bernburg Campus, all students within the English, French, Russian or Spanish language branches will have the opportunity to study abroad for one year.
Graduates of the International Business program are optimally prepared for a future career at home and abroad and following graduation, they will often have the opportunity to enter a master’s degree program abroad.
