Data protection is very important to us:
Here’s the most important information right at the start: What happens when you send a question to the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences advisors through WhatsApp? It’s simple - by doing so, you allow us to give you information about your question one time.

If you contact us with WhatsApp, that is done by the messenger service’s end-to-end encryption. To use the service, it is absolutely necessary for us to save your telephone number temporarily. If you request, we will delete your number immediately after the chat. If you share personal data with us during the chat, this data will also be deleted. Otherwise, we will delete your number and any personal data included in the chat at the end of the service.
We do not know how WhatsApp collects, processes or uses your data. If you want to send us confidential information or discuss sensitive topics, for security reasons we ask that you use a different communication channel (e.g. email) or make an appointment in person.

  • Advising on Skype

You’re on the other side of Germany or are currently abroad? No problem - our advising format is also for prospective students or students who are far away.

A consultation via Skype is currently not possible.

Please send us an e-mail or use the contact form.
