During the summer semester 2021 the regulations specified in the framework plan for restrictions affecting teaching apply (last updated: March 10, 2021). This plan provides for a level regulation for the implementation of teaching and examination operations, which is based on the incidence value at the respective university location. Classes will be held in online or hybrid (simultaneously online and in-person) or on-campus (in-person) mode, according to the different levels. Events and examinations that cannot be implemented digitally can continue to be conducted face-to-face at all levels while maintaining applicable infection control measures. The summer semester regulations also provide for the possibility of running more face-to-face events, depending on the development of the pandemic situation over the course of the coming months.
