The Student Service Center is the central point of contact for all students and prospective students. We are here to support you with all formalities relating to your studies. We can provide you with information about the courses on offer, student ID cards and study certificates, arrange an appointment with the Student Advisory Service and submit applications relating to your student status.

General student advisory service The General Student Advisory Service is there to help you with basic questions about applying and studying or your program sequence.

Student application, enrollment and study matters Our staff are responsible for all questions relating to application, admission and enrollment at the university; they will also provide you with competent support for important formalities and matters relating to your studies.

Audit matters Examination matters, such as the recognition of course work and assessed work or the issuing of certificates, should be clarified with the examination office at your location.
