EMSO + LEI

We want to motivate and inspire you to study or do a lab abroad. Our dedicated team is on hand to support incoming Erasmus students and help them settle in at the university and study location. Our aim is to provide a vibrant platform for students to socialize and build a cross-location community.

Our Events

• Information evenings and information stands on Erasmus+ opportunities
   
• Orientation week for Erasmus students with guided tours, workshops and special events
   
• Language cafés and cultural events, e.g. international evening and country evenings
   
• Buddy program and visual activities
   
• Challenges and competitions, such as the photo competition
   
• Relaxation and stress-free activities, such as drawing sessions

Our Goals for 2025

By 2025, we aim to enhance the international student experience by expanding our support services, increasing the number of study abroad opportunities and offering various cultural exchange programs and workshops. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment that fosters students' personal and academic development through global partnerships.

About the Project

The EMSO (Erasmus Management Student Organization) within the Local Erasmus+ Initiative (LEI) was developed by the International Office of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. We believe in the value of international experiences to help students create a better future and be the best they can be. Our mission is to facilitate contacts between Erasmus students and Anhalt University students and to provide them with access to valuable resources and support.

Since 1991, the DAAD has been funding Local Erasmus+ Initiatives (LEI) at universities throughout Germany with funds from the BMBF. We are proud to be part of this program and look forward to providing all students with a valuable study experience.
