1. Description
The SelfService of the ISC is a web-based service in which users can change specific parameters required for them within the framework of certain rules. The service can be accessed at the URL https://selfservice.hs-anhalt.de/.
The service includes
- Changing the password for standard ISC services
- (Re)setting a password for standard ISC services
- Checking the password for standard ISC services
Changing is the standard procedure. In addition to your user ID, you will need your currently valid password. A successful change will take effect no later than 15 minutes after completion.
2. Authorized User
The SelfService can be used by all members of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.
3. Application
It is not necessary to apply to use the service, as authorization to use it is deemed to have been granted upon joining the university.
4. Password guidelines
The password must be at least 12 characters long.
The complexity (type and number of characters used) is checked by the service module. Insufficiently complex passwords will be rejected.

5. Scope of validity of the password
The password changed here is valid for all logins to Anhalt University of Applied Sciences services, except Webex and Adobe.
