I left my home and my entire previous life without knowing what awaited me and my two children afterwards.

 I lived in the beautiful city of Odesa on the shores of the Black Sea. I was a happy mother of 2 children and starting entrepreneur in my country. February 24, 2022 changed my whole life. Despite the rocket attack on my town that day, I had to organize work at a small enterprise that supplied food to nearby stores. In two weeks, my house was injured by the explosion and I immediately decided to save my children by leaving the town.

It's a big challenge but also a remarkable opportunity to learn new technologies at European University with young people from all over the world.

Having a specialist background as an engineering technologist in the food industry, and having practical experience in the positions of production manager, laboratory manager, and quality director, I have a thorough approach to obtaining knowledge and achieving practical results. For me, studying here at Anhalt University gives me the opportunity to develop further and realize myself here in Germany. Thanks to the project competition and the scholarship, I see real prospects for achieving my goals and motivating my children. Since I know production from the inside out and have worked my way up through production, I know what would be very practical and profitable for the managers and owners of the company.

 That is why I have an idea of digitalization of HASSP control on the enterprises- creating production control protocols in electronic format, product traceability can be easily established, which is very important for the food industry and the quality of products. This program can control the entire production chain, from the procurement of raw materials to the production of the final product and quality control, reminding each manager of the need to fulfill certain tasks and goals. I am sure that my project, once implemented, will facilitate work in production, reduce the risks of the human factor and contribute to optimizing the work of managers, which in turn will improve the quality of the final products proposed by a project idea, a program called "production in your pocket".
