Maintenance / faults

The employees of the ISC always endeavor to provide all functionalities in the expected quality for the users. Nevertheless, occasional disruptions in operation or necessary maintenance measures cannot be completely ruled out.

We ask for your understanding in this regard.

Faults

If you notice any disruptions to operations, please first ask your department administrators whether the disruption is already known and whether troubleshooting is already underway.

If this is not the case, you can report the malfunctions in the IT-relevant systems (e.g. network; e-mail; telephone; IT databases) via our Support portal (https://ts.hs-anhalt.de) or via e-mail directly to support(at)hs-anhalt.de.

In the support portal, you will find the link "To the ticket system" at the top right. There you can open a ticket for your support case. A competent employee will deal with the problem and you will receive feedback.

Maintenance

Maintenance work is required at irregular intervals to ensure the functionality of the systems.
If this is necessary, the affected departments will be informed by e-mail.
