Course content and objectives

In the master’s program in Business Administration / Company Management, comprehensive business knowledge is taught. This enables graduates to apply scientific methods and insights to company-specific problems and develop suggestions for solutions. In addition, the focus is on the students’ social and practical professional skills; high standards are set for their ability to work in teams and decision-making skills even in complex situations. Students are also to be sensitized for the special problems of small, mid-sized, and technology-oriented companies. In the master's degree program, you develop individual approaches for solving problems and get the chance to try out your strategic approaches of company management in the practice.

Requirements

  • University degree

    Admission requirement is a qualified university degree in business studies (or comparable) with a focus on management.

  • Language skills

    • DSH2
    • or another acceptable German language certificate
  • Aptitude test procedure

    1. first degree:

    • Overall grades upto 3.0 will be admitted
    • Overall grades lower than 3.0 (German grading scale) cannot be admitted

    2. further criteria:

    • school/academic and professional curriculum
    • Motivation letter
    • Proof of professional experience or internships outside of vocational training/studies (optional)
    • Proof of successful completion of vocational training (optional)
