17th continuing education event on food hygiene and food safety
In 2023, the 17th continuing education event on food hygiene and food safety will be held at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences at the Bernburg/Strenzfeld site by the Laboratory for Hygiene Research. Target groups are managers and employees in quality assurance, plant and production managers in the food industry as well as other interested parties in the field of food hygiene and food safety.
