Master hats in the firmament in Ghent

There are 45 master hats flying from the graduates in the European Joint Master Program - BiFTec-FOOD4S

Why study in 4 countries and how to organize in two years residence permit, housing search, study, travel, intercultural evenings, application for internship and on the way to the finish line - the Master Thesis?
These are questions that the graduates of the class of 2021-2023 were able to answer at the ceremony and presentation on September 22, 2023 in Ghent. For the newly matriculated students of the class of 2023-2025, this is still a thing of the future.

But all these experiences will be experienced by every first-year student with his or her team. At the start and finish are enthusiasm, passion, expertise. On the podium, the gain of a global and multicultural network awaits them.

This year, 45 students from 29 nations were enrolled in Ghent for BiFTec-FOOD4S. We are looking forward to welcoming the students here at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in April 2024 and to think together with them about "Cereals, Meat, Dairy & Food Economics" as well as to give them a practical experience.

In 2025, the program will have its 20th anniversary. We look to the future with many innovative ideas in the focus of "Science, Sustainability, Safety and Simulation" on our agenda. May the 4S be with us!
Also in the coming years, with the great support of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, we hope to be able to continue this prestigious Erasmus Joint Master program, which is oriented towards the challenges in the food sector and companies are waiting for our graduates. After all, the thirst for knowledge for the production of food of the future to secure global nutrition is a source of motivation for our graduates.
