Intake summer semester 2026
Introduction Meeting organized by International Office of Anhalt University – March 4th, 2026 - 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. (German time)
First invitation is a summary of all necessary steps for enrollment at our university.
It will be provided by our International Office (IO) and our Student Service Center (SSC).
We have sent more information about this Webex meeting in a separate email to our admitted applicants.
Program Introduction Day – April 7th, 2026
We start with the information about our degree program on Tuesday, April 7th at 10:00 a.m. in Bernburger Str. 57, building 01 (red building), room 111.
New students, who are not in Germany just yet, please contact our programm coordinator to get the online meeting information.
This day is very important for your studies!
Beginning of study – April 8th, 2026
Your studies will start on Wednesday, April 8th and you have to be present in all courses to get an overview. You have to choose your courses and decide your own curriculum. If you want to start with us, we would like to know the status of your visa process, your housing situation and when you will arrive in Köthen. Is everything fine? Will you be in time?
Deadline for semester contribution and enrollment – March 31st, 2026
The semester contribution fee must be transferred to the account of Anhalt University by March 31st. This should be done by all incomers, even if you have not arrived yet.
All of our courses must be attended on campus!
Usually only the Introduction Day on April 7th will be hybrid for late comers. The latest arrival tolerated will be at the end of April 2026.
In special cases, you can contact us in advance to find a hybrid solution – we offer this solution until the end of April at the latest.
