Eat sustainable for furture

To eat healthy and sustainably while keeping an eye on global resources are the tasks that the students of the European Joint-Master program Biftec-FOOD4S (Sustainable Food Systems Engineering, Technology and Business) dedicate themselves to in their studies.

Studying in 4 European countries (Belgium, Portugal, Germany and Ireland) with a focus on sustainable food production and business as well as intercultural exchange are challenge and experience at the same time for 48 students from 22 nations in this year's summer semester at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.

Celebrating together, enjoying gustatory and musical diversity was possible for the students on June 22 in the Martinskirche in Köthen. Between the modules of Sustainable Cereals, Meat & Dairy and Business & Economics they could also give their cultural and traditional insights.

We wish all students good luck for their Master Thesis and the connection in the network of Biftec-FOOD4S. On behalf of all teachers, supporters and companions in the study program Biftec-FOOD4S (www.hs-anhalt.de/msf) .
