On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Department of Design at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will open its doors on Campus Dessau from 10 am to 4 pm. The Dessau Design Show will enter the next round and present everything to do with Integrated Design studies, teaching and everyday life at the Department.
Students and instructors will show what they have been working on and researching in the previous semester. There will be a colorful mixture of the results of the various semester projects. The exhibitions cover the broad spectrum of the Dessau study model, from basic training to the individually customizable study profiles. Objects, posters, graphics, installations, campaigns, images, films, interactive applications and much more - all disciplines are represented.
The project rooms are also open to interested parties and students show the process behind all the ideas to make it easier to understand how design works.
As with every Dessau Design Show, there will once again be a design store this year. Here, design students will be offering their work in the areas of print, products, textiles, books, etc.
At the Department, togetherness is a top priority. Whether prospective students, design enthusiasts or the curious: there are many opportunities on campus to get into conversation with each other. It's worth stopping by.
