IBC is one of the world's two most important trade fairs for film, television and radio production and distribution. It takes place annually [11.-14.9.2026] at the Amsterdam Exhibition and Conference Center RAI. The Department of Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering has been exhibiting in Amsterdam since 2018. This year, the university will be represented with its own stand in Hall 7.A48.

INTERGEO is the world's leading expo and conference platform for geoinformation, geodata and future-oriented applications. This year it will take place in Frankfurt/M. from September 15-17, 2026.

GaLaBau is the leading international trade fair for urban green and open spaces. This year's GaLaBau will take place from September 15-18, 2026 under the motto "Together climate-fit into the future". Traditionally, the Department of Agriculture, Ecotrophology and Landscape Development presents itself in the University Forum and presents forward-looking projects.

denkmal is the leading European trade fair for Monument Preservation Management, Restoration and Old Building Renovation. Every two years, national and international experts meet in Leipzig. As usual, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will be presenting its current Monument Preservation Management projects at the denkmal_Forum 2024 from November 5 to 7, 2026.

EuroTier is the world's leading trade fair for professional livestock farming. As the leading innovation platform for the global livestock industry, it offers an overview of the latest developments, innovations and trends in the industry and provides answers and solutions for current and future challenges from November 9-15, 2026. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will be represented with several projects in the Campus & Career area .

The DLG Field Days are plant cultivation trade fairs organized by the German Agricultural Society that take place every two years. In addition to the presentation of seeds and varieties on smaller trial areas, other specialist topics such as the automation of agricultural technology, variety trials, soil health, plant protection products and the use of drones for remote sensing in Agriculture are also covered.

Anhalt University of Applied Sciences is participating for the first time at the Battery Recycling Conference & Expo, which will take place on June 11-12, 2025 in Frankfurt am Main. The research project of Prof. Dr. Fabian Herz deals with thermal recycling of lithium batteries and will be presented at the booth of the company Zettl [stand F 210] GmbH.

IFAT is the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management. It takes place in Munich and attracts exhibitors and visitors from all over the world. The trade fair offers a platform for the presentation of innovative technologies and solutions in the environmental sector and promotes the exchange between experts from industry, science and administration. Topics such as water supply, waste management, recycling, renewable energies and Sustainable Urban Development are the focus of IFAT. The next IFAT will take place in Munich from May 4-7, 2026.

The Hannover Messe is the world's most important technology event. ENERGY FOR A SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRY This year's Hannover Messe will take place from april 20 to April 44, 2026. The world's most important industrial trade fair provides clear impetus for the transformation of Economics and Industry - towards digitalized, climate-neutral and sustainable value creation.

Numerous exhibitors, breeders, technicians, scientists and practitioners from the agricultural sector meet at the Brandenburg Agricultural Exhibition BRALA. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences is represented in Schönwalde-Glien for the second time .

agra is a platform and meeting place for the agricultural industry in Central and Eastern Germany.

The Leipzig Book Fair is the most important spring meeting place for the book and media industry. The Department of Design at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences has been successfully represented among the art colleges for more than 20 years. The Leipzig Book Fair will take place from 27.3. -30.3.2025. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences can be found in Hall 5/ Stand B 501.

didacta is regarded as the most important trade fair and training event in the field of education. It covers all areas of education, from early childhood development to vocational training and continuing education to lifelong learning. This education platform unites the entire spectrum of modern education and learning opportunities in a unique way. It will take place from March 10-14, 2026 in Cologne. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will once again be represented at the Research for the Future stand.

The Green Week Berlin (GW) is the world's largest trade fair for food, agriculture and horticulture and has already established itself as a traditional event.

Agritechnica is the world's leading trade fair for agricultural machinery. Leading companies in the industry present their new products and innovations. This year it will take place from November 9-15, 2025 in Hanover. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will be represented on a regular basis and will be presenting various projects in Hall 24/ Stand E15.

Industry 4.0 meets the food industry Anuga Food Tec is the most important information and business platform for new concepts and innovative developments in the international food and beverage industry. It competently covers all aspects - from process technology, filling and packaging technology, food safety and packaging to digitalization and intralogistics. It takes place in Cologne every 3 years. All core areas of the industry are represented at Anuga Food Tec, with cross-sector and cross-process presentations on how digital transformation can be successfully designed and implemented.

MEDICA is one of the largest B2B medical trade fairs in the world. It provides a stage for a wide range of innovative products and services from the fields of medical imaging, laboratory technology, diagnostics, health IT, mobile health, physiotherapy/orthopaedic technology and medical consumables. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences took part in the Research for the Future 2023 stand with innovative projects.

embedded world is the leading international trade fair for embedded systems and has been held annually in Nuremberg since 2003. Two multi-day specialist congresses are held parallel to the trade fair. The central theme of the trade fair is the entire spectrum of embedded systems: from components, modules and complete systems to operating systems and software, hardware and software tools and services relating to embedded systems.
