The Department of Economics in Bernburg offers extremely attractive study opportunities at international Bachelor's or Master's level. Consistent internationalization and a strong practical focus are a direct response to ever-increasing economic globalization.

The Department responds to the increasing internationalization of higher education by offering joint international courses. With its 25 international university cooperation agreements with partners in 15 countries, the Department has a wide range of options for organizing semesters abroad and international student project weeks.

Agriculture, Ecothrophology and Landscape Development (FB1) and Economics (FB2) are taught at the Bernburg site of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. Bernburg has been a university town for more than fifty years and currently has around 3,000 students who are supervised by 53 professors. The Campus Bernburg-Strenzfeld shines with quality of study and quality of life. A modern and generously equipped infrastructure, residence halls surrounded by green spaces, numerous events and many sports facilities form the basis for this.
