During the excursion in June/July, we hike in the Triglavski Narodni Park over the peaks and through the valleys of the Julian Alps. The day hikes offer insights into characteristic alpine rock debris and crevice meadows, original high mountain meadows and orchid-rich mountain meadows with their species-rich insect communities. The overnight stay takes place in a simply equipped hut in the national park, which can accommodate 12 students.

The excursion is primarily intended for students on the Nature Conservation and Landscape Planning master's degree program.
