Course content and objectives
The Online Bridging Semester for Graduate Programs and Transition to the German Job Market offers an online program to ensure a smooth transition to the master’s degree program and a successful time at university.
Studying abroad is always a challenge, especially at the beginning. German universities may differ in many ways from universities in your home country: you will experience differences in, for example, their organization and methodology as well as the scientific language and academic techniques employed here. Therefore, the Foundation Semester for Prospective International Students is good preparation for you to succeed at university.
Requirements
A university degree - Diplom, Bachelor or Master - with a standard period of study of at least 6 semesters (180 ECTS) is required.
English language skills at level C1 (CEFR), e.g. TOEFL (ibT) min. 90, TOEIC Listening 490-495 and Reading 455-495, CAE 180-210, IELTS min. 7.0 or comparable, are required.
