Anhalt University of Applied Sciences is once again awarding Germany Scholarships. From May 1 to 31, 2026, students can apply for a monthly grant of 300 euros via the online application portal - independent of income and BAföG. The program of the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space is financed half by federal funds and half by private sponsors such as companies, foundations and alumni.

The scholarship program is once again organized by the Anhalt Center for Continuing Education at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. Beatrix Gronau is now available as the central contact person for all questions.

Since 2011, well over 500 students have already received funding, supported by more than 100 different sponsors. In addition to financial support, scholarship holders often also benefit from personal contacts and valuable insights into the professional world.

All enrolled students who are within the normal program length, are among the top performers in their semester, are socially committed or studying under special conditions can apply. Applications must include a CV, letter of motivation and a current transcript of records.

The Deutschlandstipendium

As part of the "Deutschlandstipendium" scholarship program of the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR), particularly committed and talented students whose achievements indicate an outstanding career are supported with 300 euros per month for one year. The necessary financial resources are made available from the federal budget in the amount of 50% as soon as private donors, such as university-related institutes and organizations, companies, associations, foundations, alumni or simply private individuals agree to cover the other 50%. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences organizes the implementation and ensures objectivity in the selection process.
