An inspiring event organised by the BVL regional groups of Saxony-Anhalt, Hanover and Weser/Ems took place at the Elbfabrik of the Fraunhofer IFF in Magdeburg.
Opened in autumn 2023, the Elbfabrik presented itself as a state-of-the-art research and demonstration environment for digital production and logistics. Visitors were able to experience cutting-edge technologies and concepts that are shaping industrial value creation both now and in the future.
The focus was on topics such as Industry 4.0, automation, the Internet of Things, robotics, virtual reality and artificial intelligence – and their integration into production and logistics processes.
An impressive place where innovations are not merely conceived, but actually developed, tested and put into practice.
