Current activities:

Project coordinator and early career researcher within the AgriRestore project (Department of Agriculture, Ecotrophology, and Landscape Development)

Lecturer for Agroecology in the international master program Sustainable Land Management and Conservation (M.Sc.)

Research interests:

Applied science in the fields of nature conservation and restoration, ecosystem services, socio-ecological systems, agroecology, sustainable agriculture, and integrated pest management. My interest also extends beyond academia to implementation, with a focus on participatory approaches, including the use of systemic theatre methods.

PhD topic:

Investigating the impact of large- and small-scale drivers of biodiversity across the soil-interface within agroecosystems (completed in collaboration with the Department of Community Ecology at Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ) and Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg)
