Department 7 - Applied Biosciences and Process Engineering

Kseniia Krylova

Kseniia Krylova is a research associate in the project “VR BioTech-House®”.

Within the project, her focus is on requirements analysis, design, and the technical implementation of interactive simulations of real-world production processes - currently from the food and pharmaceutical industries for teaching in biotechnology. Together with subject-matter experts, she clarifies which process steps and what level of detail are relevant for each scenario. Her scenarios cover the entire path - from on-site process analysis and conceptual design to a working application.

She holds a degree in software engineering (2013) and successfully completed the joint master’s program “Interactive media” (2024) at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences and Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.

Before joining Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, she spent five years at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, where she designed and developed digital learning and application platforms.
